Our standard “Check in” time is 2 pm and the standard “Check out” time is 12 noon.
In order to proceed Check-In we requires your valid ID (Passport, NID, Driving License).
Smoking or Non Smoking rooms are available.
Guests with early arrivals have to reserve the room one night prior to arrival
“Early check in” and “Late check-out” is subject to availability and will be charged according to the hotel policies
The extension of the reservation has to be requested in advance and approval is based on availability
Guarantee policy – reservations are only confirmed if the guest guarantees the payment with a form of payment by company credit, credit card, cash or bank deposit.
Our shuttle service is free of charge and will be used by several guests at a time. The driver will wait until ALL arriving guests have boarded the shuttle. The hotel won’t be liable for the waiting time. If you don’t wish to wait please book our private car service in advance.
The hotel doesn’t accept any personal cheque.

Cancellation

Amendments in arrival dates and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival in writing, to avoid a one-night retention charge and must be amended/cancelled via the source of booking. Thereafter in the case of a No-Show one night retention charge is applicable. All non-guaranteed reservation may be cancelled without further notice.
